We will be very sorry if you decide to return your Tovoda bottle! However, we will gladly exchange it for another model or refund your money, as long as the product has not been used. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered, and in its original packaging.
Please remember that the cost of returning the product is covered by the customer – we do not offer free returns. Returns should be sent to the address:

To start the return process, please send us a message to: biuro@tovoda.pl
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you an email confirming its delivery (up to 5 business days). We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the return.
If the return is approved, the payment will be refunded to your card or the original payment method used for the order within a few following days.
We exchange products only in the case of a defect and if they are unused and packaged in the original packaging. If you want to exchange a product for the same model, contact us at biuro@tovoda.pl and then send the product to the address:

Please do not send the product before receiving confirmation from us – otherwise we may not be able to accept it.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
