If you purchase as a consumer (or as a sole proprietor making a purchase of a non-professional nature), you have the right to withdraw from a distance-sale contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the product.
To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement before the 14-day period elapses to biuro@tovoda.pl. No specific form is required. You may also use the withdrawal form template included as an annex to the Consumer Rights Act.
In your statement, please include the order number, the date of purchase, and your contact details — this will speed up the refund process.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, and the estimated cost is approximately 15 to 20 PLN, depending on the chosen carrier (InPost Parcel Locker or courier).
You are liable only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the product has been diminished in this way, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the product (up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree to a different method. In any case you will not be charged any fees for this.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide us with proof of its shipment, whichever event occurs first.
We are liable for lack of conformity of the product with the contract on the terms set out in the Consumer Rights Act and in the Civil Code, in particular for a period of 2 years from delivery of the product.
You can submit a complaint by email to biuro@tovoda.pl. Please provide the order number, describe the lack of conformity of the product with the contract, and indicate your preferred remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract in cases specified by law).
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. If the complaint is upheld, we cover the cost of delivery and return shipping of the product.
Independently of the statutory rights described above, we offer the option of a voluntary exchange of the product for another model, provided that the product is unused and is in its original packaging. This is an additional service going beyond your statutory rights and does not limit the right of withdrawal from the contract or rights under the statutory warranty.
If you would like to request an exchange, write to us at biuro@tovoda.pl, and then, after receiving our confirmation, ship the product to the address above. The return shipping cost in the case of an exchange is paid by the buyer.
